We value your business and strive to provide exceptional marketing services. If you wish to cancel your agreement with Copywriting Collective Ltd., the following terms apply:

1. Notice Period

Clients may cancel their services by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance.Notices can be submitted via email to [email protected]

2. Final Billing

Services will continue until the end of the 30-day notice period.Clients are responsible for all charges incurred during this period, including any ongoing advertising spend and management fees.

3. Refund Policy

Prepaid fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any remaining advertising budget not utilised during the notice period will be refunded.

4. Termination by Copywriting Collective

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates our terms of service or engages in unlawful activities.
